First of all, it is quite a simple addon, but does great things: basically it allows you to configurate the list of addons you want to use in WoW (Molten-WoW) while in-game/logged in, so that you dont have to logout to the character screen every time you want to switch an addon on or off.
Does it use a lot of RAM?
No, not at all. I dont have exact information on how much RAM it uses, but it is fairly minimal. It is techinally only a GUI addon after all.
